- Add admin action to copy pricing tier schedules between badge types
- Fix ValueError when adding PricingTier inline on unsaved BadgeType
- Update docker-compose to pull from registry.mndr.me/mndr/reg
- Remove built CSS from tracking and add to .gitignore
